CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
TOP, through Capital, teamed up with one of the largest non-profit organizations in the Philippines for its 2022 Holiday Campaign. The #CAPITALxWORLDVISION collection features four shirts and a tote bag featuring minimalist designs and worthy causes. All proceeds from the sale of the collection will go towards World Vision's efforts of reaching out to the most vulnerable children and equipping them with skills to overcome poverty and experience the fullness of life.
Women empowerment has always been a priority for TOP which gave rise to our partnership with the DSWD Sanctuary Center. The Sanctuary Center is a safe house for women from 18 to 59 years old who are recovering from psychosis and other mental illnesses. Apart from financial assistance, members of the TOP family spent time with the women at the Sanctuary Center and engaged with them in fun and light-hearted activities
Being in the athletic sportswear industry, questions on sustainability are often the subject of discussion. TOP made it a point to be an active participant in promoting sustainability within the company and in the community through our partnership with Anthill Fabrics on a limited collection of fanny packs and sling bags showcased Filipino creativity and sustainability. TOP also partnered with Ateneo de Manila University for courses on sustainability and how the company can apply best practices in our day-to-day operations.
