Job Summary

The store supervisor makes certain that all directives are cascaded to the team and are observed consistently. People management is of paramount importance for a supervisor. He should be able to keep his team members in line. The store supervisor should also be results driven, constantly working towards hitting the targets set for his team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Store Sales
    1. Analyzes sales and conversions as a tool to improve teams performance and achieve monthly targets

Inventory Specialist

Job Summary

The Inventory Specialist ensures the inventory accuracy of all the items in the store. He is responsible in communicating seamlessly with the different departments for concerns about stocks in the store. He has the foresight to ensure that the saleable items have enough space in the stockroom. All SRPs tagged on the items emanates from the Inventory Specialist.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management
    1. Maintains the cleanliness of the stockroom and all the items therein at all times
    2. Receives delivered items
    3. Strategically arranges all the merchandise, supplies and materials in the stockroom and maintains it that way
    4. Provides inventory accuracy
    5. Identifies items tagged as variance during inventory counts
    6. Identifies short shipment/overage and immediately coordinates the same to the concerned departments
    7. Executes RTVs and transfers
    8. Triggers pull-out of items for safekeeping in to make room for new items or the more saleable ones
    9. Nominates which items to be pulled out of the store due to movement and space constraints
    10. Makes certain that all items going out of the stockroom are properly logged and documented
    11. Conducts own monitoring and control of the merchandise in the stockroom
    12. Hourly checks the server in the stockroom for any e-mails and messages, and cascades instructions sent through the said platforms

Job Summary

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for addressing customer needs and ensures that customers leave our channels satisfied.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service
    1. Communicates with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

Job Summary

Job Summary

The Senior HR Associate ensures that there is a sufficient pool of candidates for each open position as requested by different departments in the organization. S/he is also responsible for all ER activities of the company and training requirements and monitoring of employees.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Selection
